ABLE · AI-DRIVEN INTELLIGENCE INSIDE FLEET ENABLE
Able Reads, Answers, And Acts
Able works across your orders, documents, email, and billing. It turns a shipper’s PDF into a draft order, answers a billing question out of your own data, and clears the routine inbox traffic that eats your order desk’s morning. How far it goes is set by you.
Automation You Do Not Have to Check
There are two kinds of automation. One saves the work. The other saves the work and creates a second job, checking whether it got it right. The second kind is slower than doing it yourself, because now you are doing it yourself and reviewing a machine.
Able is built to be the first kind. Rules handle what rules handle well, because a rate table does not need a language model. The model works where the input is genuinely unstructured, a scanned document, an order written into an email.

The Intelligence Built Into Fleet Enable

Able At Work In Your Operation
Able Inbox
Shipper email is where most orders actually arrive. Able reads the thread, pulls out the order, and has it drafted before anyone opens it. Routine status questions come back with a reply already written, waiting for a person to send.
Documents Into Orders
BOLs, rate confirmations, and delivery instructions show up as scans, phone photos, and PDFs that were never built to be read by software. Able reads them and builds the draft order. Anything genuinely unclear waits for a person.
Answers From Your Own Data
What does this account owe. Which orders are still open. Which accessorials went uncharged last month. Ask it plainly and get the answer, not the screen that holds it.
Reports Without The Build
Describe the report you want and Able returns it. No view to configure, no export to a spreadsheet, no waiting on someone else’s calendar.
Four Stages. You Decide How Far It Goes
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Able?
Able is Fleet Enable’s AI. It works inside the same orders, documents, email, and billing your team already works in, which means it reads your live operation rather than a copy of it. It can answer a question, prepare a draft, or complete a task you’ve approved.
What can I ask Able?
Anything you’d otherwise go looking for. What an account owes, which orders are still open, how detention gets billed on a specific account, which accessorials went uncharged last month. If the answer lives in your Fleet Enable data, Able can get to it.
Is Able a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions about a product. Able works inside yours. It reads the documents your shippers send, drafts the orders inside them, prepares replies, and runs reports against your live operation. Answering a question is one thing it does, not the whole of it.
How much can Able do on its own?
That’s set by you, per user and per workflow. Able can be held to answering questions, allowed to prepare drafts that a person sends, or permitted to complete defined tasks within rules you approve. Anything above answering leaves a record of what was done and under whose permission.
What happens when Able is not certain?
It stops and asks. An ambiguous document, an address that doesn’t resolve, a weight that doesn’t match the rate table: those go to a person with the exact field in question surfaced. Nothing reaches your dispatch board or your invoice without someone agreeing to it.
What is Able built on?
Able is built and run by Fleet Enable, with the method chosen per task. Rules handle what rules handle well, because a rate table doesn’t need a language model. The model works where the input is genuinely unstructured: a scanned document, an order written into an email.
Do I need an IT team to turn Able on?
No. Able is part of Fleet Enable, not a separate product to install, integrate, or license. It works on the data already in your system.
